Metamorphosis Moon

INSTRUCTIONS

The full moon will be in Scorpio, while the Sun is in a conjunction with Uranus in Taurus. This is the opportunity to transform from the comfort-seeking homebody to resilient and strong, with a thick skin or an exoskeleton, like a scorpion.

This ceremony can be done at any time before, during, or just after the full moon. It can also be done in tandem while the group in Egypt is experiencing a full moon ceremony (which will be taking place at 10pm EEST). The guidance below is simply given as a suggestion, but any and all parts can be remade to suit your sacred self.

Ceremony

Create a sacred space for your contemplation and creation. You may light a candle or fire, burn incense, or sit outside under the full moon for this ceremony.

Begin by sitting in silence with eyes closed and dropping your awareness into your heart.

Call in your angels, guides, Higher Self, and the ascended masters who guide you to be present with you and to guide you in this ceremony.

Breathe into your heart space and allow your body and mind to relax into your heart.

Continue to soften and relax your body and your heart and become present to your breath.

After a time, slowly open your eyes and reflect or journal on the following questions:

What places in you are too soft or too sensitive for the outer world?
Where do you need to develop an exoskeleton so you can be strong?
How can you practice being resilient while still honoring your sensitivity?
How can you allow compassion to strengthen you?
How can you develop wisdom to hone your awareness and sharpen your mind, while still being open and loving in your heart?
How can you show yourself more love?

After reflecting, invite the light of your Higher Self to illuminate the parts within you that are in your highest good to bring forth at this time. Trust that your request is answered, as it is you answering your call. You will always give to yourself that which you ask for.

Express your gratitude. Close your ceremony with love in your heart and a smile on your face.

Crystal Pyramid Activation

Guided Meditation by Eluña on May 21st

This activation is given by a group of beings who are guiding the entire mission in Egypt and will be with you throughout all the activations. The first part of this activation is to clear your body of energetic debris and to stimulate your awareness of the infinite void/stillness. Your attention will be on holding your awareness of this infinite stillness as the container that is simultaneously holding and creating your body, while the energy within your body is cleared. Then, you will be guided to the space in the middle of your brain to be cleared and activated for the purpose of this mission.

Create a sacred space that closes off all the senses so you are able to be fully present. Some recommendations for this meditation:

Use noise-cancelling headphones
Use an eye mask
Ensure you will not be interrupted by any outside distractions, including your cell phone
