I have a question for Eluña, how do I ask her?
Eluña is incredibly busy with clients and her work. She makes time to respond to comments on YouTube. Leaving your questions there is the best way to connect with her, however there are hundred of comments. She reads as many as she can but has limited time to respond.
I can’t access The Circle. How do I log in?

How do I reset my Password?
If your password is not working or you do not remember it, Click Here to reset your password.
Was my payment successful?
You should have received an email from support@elunanoelle.com with confirmation of your payment and a link to log in. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email.
How do I update my subscription?
Go to your membership by clicking on “My Membership” in the bottom left of the side panel menu. You can also access your membership by clicking on your profile image and selecting Membership. Once there, select “Subscription” and you will see 3 options displayed:
Update: This allows you to modify your payment method.
Change Plan: This allows you to switch between monthly and yearly plans. Any changes will account for your remaining time already paid for. You will not be double charged.
Cancel: This allows you to cancel your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your membership by clicking on “My Membership” in the bottom left of the side panel menu. Select “Subscription”. Click Cancel and Confirm.
How does my membership renew?
If you choose to sign up for a monthly membership, the subscription cost is charged to your payment method automatically. You will be billed monthly on the day you signed up. So if you sign up on June 5th you will be automatically billed on July 5th, giving you access from July 5th to August 5th.
If I cancel, do I still have access?
Yes. After you cancel your subscription you will have access for the remainder of the month you already paid for. For example, if you signed up on June 5th and canceled on June 15th, you will still have full access until July 5th.
