Eluña is incredibly busy with her clients and her work, and she also makes time to read and respond to comments on YouTube. If you are not a member, leaving your questions there is a meaningful way to connect with her; however, with hundreds of comments, she can only read and respond to as many as time allows.

As a member, you have additional ways to share your questions. You may submit a question through this form to be considered for the next Live Q&A.

As a member, you can also post your question inside the Calling In New Teachings group, where questions are gathered and may be selected for future transmissions and live sessions.

Yes. You can change your subscription plan through your account settings, based on the options available for your current plan or here: circle.elunanoelle.com/circle-plans Plan changes are typically limited to once per billing cycle, though in some cases additional changes can be handled manually by contacting support@elunanoelle.com.

If you upgrade during an active billing period, any unused time on your current plan is automatically applied as a prorated credit toward the upgrade, reducing the amount due at checkout. Prorated credits are not refundable, have no cash value, and can only be used toward an upgrade.

If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You’ll continue to have full access to your existing plan and its benefits until that period ends. Downgrades do not include prorated refunds or credits for unused time.

You should have received an email from support@elunanoelle.com with confirmation of your payment and a link to log in. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email.

Go to your membership by clicking on “My Membership” in the bottom left of the side panel menu. You can also access your membership by clicking on your profile image and selecting Membership. Once there, select “Subscription” and you will see 3 options displayed:

Update: This allows you to modify your payment method.

Change Plan: This allows you to switch between monthly and yearly plans. Any changes will account for your remaining time already paid for. You will not be double charged.

Cancel: This allows you to cancel your subscription.

Go to your membership by clicking on “My Membership” in the bottom left of the side panel menu. Select “Subscription“. Click Cancel and Confirm. 

If you choose to sign up for a monthly membership, the subscription cost is charged to your payment method automatically. You will be billed monthly on the day you signed up. So if you sign up on June 5th you will be automatically billed on July 5th, giving you access from July 5th to August 5th.

Yes. After you cancel your subscription you will have access for the remainder of the month you already paid for. For example, if you signed up on June 5th and canceled on June 15th, you will still have full access until July 5th.
