As an art therapist and yoga teacher I’m passionate about all things we can do together that uplift and strengthen us –  be it meditating togther, making music together, painting or creating anything together. This is the meaning of my life, various forms of communing with the Sacred.

Grateful for Mother Earth that I might be her child for this lifetime to experience all this. Grateful for my connection to her and all of you.
