Through my journey of healing, growth and transitions I have engaged with many modalities and spiritual traditions.  These include: kabbalah, Shamanism, Indigenous wisdom with a Cree Elder, IFS, the work of Carl Jung and Intuitive wisdom.
Along this journey I have collected tools in my quest for purpose, self-compassion, and healing. These experiences have provided the gift of being able to share these tools and methods in service to others.
As a Coach, Elder and Mentor I have found Astrology to be a magical door to know and understand both myself and those I work with. Our birth charts are the templates of our lives and experiences.
