My birth name is John Ashford Jr. I go by my Yoruba name Akintola. It means honor is enough or bravery measures up to wealth. I’ve worked with youth for over 34 years as a juvenile probation officer. I love to cook. I had a consciousness cooking class on YouTube. I love reggae and funk music. I’ve been meditating and practicing Tai Chi and Qigong for over 30 years. I teach consciousness to men in domestic violence classes. I do tarot readings, psychic readings and really interested in learning more about Akashic Records.   I was in a catholic seminary for 8 years.  I’m married and have 3 magical children.
