Hi. I am 69 and loving retirement. I have lived humbly in upstate NY, in the beautiful Catskill Mountains for almost 30 years. In my personal life, my focus was my spiritual path from the age of 28 – which included raising 3 children and doing various jobs – from waitress  to programmer to house cleaning to school bus driver. Before I left my (clerical) work, I studied to become a shamanic practitioner for 3 years. As well as working on behalf of others for the past 7 years, I spent  years dover 3 years doing ancestor work for myself, healing the main 4 lineages of those who came before me – under the guidance of Daniel Foor’s book “Ancestral Medicine: Rituals for Personal and Family Healing.”  Almost a year ago I began to channel in response to dreams indicating my soul agreement to do so. It has been quite a journey. The being that I channel inclued Quan Yin, an ancient healer from India, and the Spirit of Love and Generosity. In the Fall, a friend sent me a link to Eluna and at first I was wary. I had come across those who use ritual and ceremony for “power over.” I didn’t sense this, but Eluna’s power is …significant. I held back for a while. Recently, as her trip to Egypt started, I felt strongly drawn to support it through joining from my sacred space at home. Now I am doing the Dragon’s Breathe every 3rd day. Wow. Deeply impactful. [I don’t think I’m fully engaged with the circle; I’m not recieving emails. I see some references to meditations, but am not finding the specific ones. I’m sure i will find my way as things unfold. I did share somewhere about suddenly finding alllies in my life  – and received some lovely responses. Now I don’t even know where I posted that!
